Today and tomorrow, German Marc Majdanzic, Russian Maxim Zhukov, Argentinian Nicolás Eli and Croatian Dino Prižmić will compete in the Nike Juniors tournament, which has gathered four extremely talented tennis players that have a bright tennis future ahead of them.
Nike, the official supplier of clothing and footwear to the Plava Laguna Croatia Open, has enabled the quartet to stay in Umag and train with the greats, such as the Australian veteran Patrick Rafter, and several players competing in the main tournament.
Undoubtedly, this experience will help them for the rest of their career on the junior circuit (for the time being). For five years now, Nike has been sponsoring the ATP tournament in Umag. The latter is the only tournament, along with the one in Doha, that has the honor of Nike dressing its staff.
