“I have played before in Croatia, but I have not been to Umag. I remember spending most of my time in the sea. That salt water is medicine! Can’t wait to be back, such a beautiful country,” said the Australian, adding that he loved tennis, but that he not seen a professional tennis tournament live and that maybe it was the right time to do it while he was in Umag.
On Thursday, July 19, the mixer will be taken over by Quintino, the Dutchman known for his energetic sets and also the proud holder of the DJ Talent of the Year title. Friday, July 20, is reserved for Michael Feiner, the popular Swedish DJ and music producer, well known for his EDM hits Together, Fairplay and Flash In The Night.
Shortly before the final, on Saturday, July 21, the stage will be taken over by two fantastic performers: Rudeejay from Italy and Mike Candys from Switzerland. The young Italian became famous for his remixes for Bob Sinclair, Martin Solveig and Afrojack, while Candys is world-famous for his remix of Insomnia by Faithless, which was ranked top 10 on almost all the charts. Both of them have already performed in Croatia and are looking forward to being here again, and especially to tasting Istria’s award-winning wines.
“Of course I love wine. I’m Italian after all! I’ve heard you have some world-famous wines and I plan to look into that when I come over,” said Rudeejay.
Each year, the ATP tournament in Umag secures over 100 hours of excellent music over the ten-day period for more than 100,000 visitors.
