On the fourth and final Franck tasting "Rich world of coffee" the guests had the opportunity to enjoy two cocktails, both based on Franck 100% Arabica - one with Monin syrup and Baileys, the second originated under the influence of the host, Istria.

In the latter, called ATP cocktail 2015, is the best that Istria has to offer: extra virgin olive oil and grappa teranino, with ground coffee prepared in a French press pitcher and vanilla ice cream. Franck baristas Zoran Trkulja and Karlo Pešun created this innovative cocktail precisely during their stay at the Umag ATP tournament, getting the inspiration from socializing with Istrian olive oil and wine makers. The result is an unusually refreshing cold beverage that brings quick refreshment and lasting enjoyment, what many visitors immediately witnessed by tasting it.
